Ingredients

Instructions

Place cranberries, sugar and water in a heavy pan. Slowly boil until all berries pop, approximately 10 minutes. Add in orange rind and cook anothe 1-2 minutes, slightly mashing berries.

To use right away, may be poured into a heat-proof serving dish with tight-fitting lid and allow to cool and set. Will keep in fridge up to 1 week.

Notes

To preserve for future use, pour into sterile jars and seal with new canning lids. Process according to Blue Book instructions for canning acidic fruit.
